If you keep your home generally tidy meaning you do tidy but it's not perfect, then select general tidy. 

If you wish you had more time to tidy and things are just a bit messier than you'd like them to be, then select medium tidy. 

If your house has a lot of clutter, please select not at all tidy. 

All extras are only applied to your first booking. If you want to add extras to future recurring bookings, you can do so from your account dashboard. If you need assistance, call us: 208-699-6865.

Inside Kitchen Cabinets: We will remove everything from your kitchen cabinets  & drawers and clean inside.

Interior Windows: Clean all interior windows with glass cleaner as well as window trim, sills and blinds.

Inside Fridge: We will remove everything from your fridge and clean the inside.

Inside Oven:  Clean inside the oven.

Laundry & Folding: We can do max 2 loads of laundry during your clean. Please provide laundry detergent and ensure your laundry machines are in your unit or home.

Dishes: We can either load the dishwasher or do one sink load of dishes. Please provide dish soap or dishwasher detergent.

Yes, you can log into your account and add a tip after the service is complete. You can also leave cash.

You can cancel or reschedule as long as it is done 48 hours before your scheduled clean.

We recommend you being home the first time our cleaners arrive for an introduction and in case there are any special instructions. However, you can also leave a key for us if you are not available to be home. There is a place to note down any special instructions in our booking form as well. 

We use products that are eco friendly and safe for your family. Most of our products are verified on EWG. There might be some instances that require us to use harsh cleaning products in tough to clean areas.

The only thing we except you to have is a toilet cleaning brush. We will bring everything else. If you prefer us to use your cleaning tools or products, let us know!

If you choose to add laundry, please provide laundry detergent. If you choose to add dishes, please provide dish cleaner. 

Yes, you can. There is  a spot on the booking form where you can indicate where you are leaving the key or how to access your home.

We take the utmost care in cleaning houses, but if an accident does happen our cleaners know to report it so that we can let you know and replace any broken items. If you find something broken, please reach out to us at support@maid4moms.com. 

YES! We ensure all of our cleaners pass a comprehensive background check.
